D.A. – Four VELUX FCM 2270 and One FCM 3434 Fixed Curb Mount Skylights
This customer had extremely outdated skylights with waterproofing that was falling apart. We installed replacement skylights with energy efficient LowE3 VELUX models, which significantly lowered the energy loss in this home. The new skylights have a more sleek and streamlined appearance on the roof.
S.S. – Four VELUX FCM 2234 Fixed Curb Mount Skylights with Venetian Blinds
We installed curb mounted skylights as an ideal way to replace plastic dome skylights, which gain heat in the summer, and lose heat in the winter. Additionally, the customer chose to install light-controlling venetian blinds as a way to even further reduce heat gain.
M.D. – Six VELUX VSE Electric Venting Skylights
The original skylights were early VELUX models that had exceeded their lifespan. We replaced them with upgraded electric venting models, controlled by a radio frequency remote control. Although the replacement skylights are installed in separate rooms, the homeowner is able to control all six from one remote, from any room in the home.
G.G. – One Fixed and One Electric Venting VELUX M06 Skylights
This customer replaced a large single plastic dome skylight with two energy efficient VELUX models. What used to be an eyesore on the roof now has a streamlined aesthetic. We integrated the two skylights into the existing interior finish.
